Tucked one behind the washing machine and got an alert on my phone within seconds when the hose started dripping. The freeze warning is what sold me though, since our basement gets drafty in January. Setup took maybe two minutes.
Setup was easy and the water detection works, but I've gotten a few false freeze alerts in a heated garage. The remote notifications are handy though, just wish the temperature threshold was adjustable.
The freeze alert works fine and the app pinged me right when the temp dropped in my garage. But the water sensor only talks to the hub, so I had to buy extra gear just to get remote notifications, and setup took longer than the listing made it sound.
