I was skeptical about heart rate on a bathroom scale, but it lines up with my watch almost every morning. The body fat and muscle readings have stayed consistent over three weeks, which is what I actually wanted to track.

The Wi-Fi sync is what sold me — I step on and my weight shows up in the app without digging out my phone. Body fat readings seem to bounce around a bit day to day, but the weight itself matches my doctor's scale exactly.
