Punched the holes right where the guide said to and the bracket clicked into place with zero wobble. It's clearly the proper fit for the E340, not some generic plate that needs shims. Doorbell sits flush and hasn't budged in the wind we've had.
The drilling guide in the box made lining up the screws a breeze, and once it clicked into place the doorbell sits flush with zero wobble. I've had it up for two weeks now and it hasn't budged, even with the door slamming shut every day.
The alignment slots matched my wall plate perfectly, so the doorbell sat flush within five minutes of unboxing. Might not sound exciting, but a mount that clicks on without wobble makes the whole setup feel solid.
