Jason T. ★★★★★

The 8,000 Pa suction actually pulls crumbs and pet hair out of my low-pile rug in one pass, which my old vacuum never managed. The all-in-one station means I'm not wrestling with the dustbin every day. Arrived looking basically new, no scratches or anything.

Hazel ★★★★★

The auto-detangling roller brush is a game changer with two long-haired cats—I haven't had to cut hair off it once in three weeks. The 8,000 Pa suction pulls crumbs out of our low-pile rug that our old vac left behind. Honestly can't tell it's a refurb.

Claire D. ★★★★☆

The auto-detangling brush has saved me so much hassle with my long hair wrapping around it. It arrived looking genuinely like-new, though the all-in-one station is bulkier than I pictured and takes up a chunk of my hallway. Mopping performance is solid and the floors dry streak-free.
